Make up their own rules for refunds. Ordered £39.99 item so not a small amount and 17 days later still not here so reported (in line with their terms and conditions). They respond a few days later to say parcel delayed and that they would investigate but then put it on me to chase them for updates. Isn’t that their job to tell me? In the meantime EVRI confirm it is lost in writing. Christmas period so pretty busy and they gave me ONE DAY to fill in THEIR INSURANCE FORM FOR THEM TO CLAIM THE MONEY FROM EVRI which I just didn’t see. Refusing to refund me despite my consumer rights. Have provided them the written evidence from EVRI so they know, EVRI knows and I know that I didn’t get what I paid for. Absolutely appalling customer service and I have no option but to go to the small claims court because they just refuse to give me my money back. Theft by default. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY would be my advice.

My first time ordering. I am a size 14-16, bought oversized hoodie and t shirt, oversized isn’t the word. Massive, couldn’t return as was isolating, so have been thrown into a drawer and probably won’t be worn, waste of money.

White cropped T-shirt I ordered came with this massive mud like stain on but didn’t come out and they refused to give a refund or to send another. Wouldn’t even bother!

I ordered from ROI on the 9/1/21 and couldn’t track my order as I had to pay customs which I paid the same day that I got the email about it paying it. I can’t track my order still to this day haven’t gotten anything back from Missy Empire themselves except for that someone will be in contact with me and telling me they have emailed me when they haven’t at all, very bad customer service and service overall will absolutely not be buying from their website again.

I feel scammed!!! I paid for express shipping and my item hasn’t had movement in days! I chatted in only to be told the parcel had been “ a bit delayed”. I ordered and paid for express so my item can be here for my vacation now it won’t arrive until the day after I leave! Never will I ever order from this company again! Total scam!!!!

I could not track my package, my package then shipped 2 weeks later. I was surprised it even shipped cause I thought this site might have been a scam. Besides the issue with shipping. Everything I ordered looked exactly like the pictures and was what I was expected.

Quality is like super cheap and the delivery took so long. It was an international order so maybe that's the reason. Delivery time was like 3 weeks.
